Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- White pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a wok, place a steam rack and add water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low-medium simmer.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with chicken bouillon, salt, and oil. Add 1/2 cup warm water and mix.
- Gradually whisk in the remaining 1.5 cups of warm water.
- Divide the egg mixture into ramekins. Sift the mixture to remove any bubbles.
- Place ramekins on the steam rack, ensuring water comes up 1/3 of the way.
- Steam for 8 minutes.
- Garnish with white pepper and chopped green onions. Serve warm.
