Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, deveined and chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1–2 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2–1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, optional
  • Tostadas for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice and lime juice.
  2. Chop cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the citrus juice for a few minutes.
