Ingredients – Sauce Mixture:
- 2 tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
- In a large pot, layer cabbage, green onions, white onions, kimchi, spam, hot dogs, tofu, instant ramen, rice cakes, or any ingredients you like.
- Pour in anchovy stock and the prepared sauce mixture.
- Cover the pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
