Instructions
- Make Matcha Whipped Cream: In a bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare Ladyfingers: Break or roughly crush the ladyfingers into chunks.
- Assemble Parfaits: In a glass, layer:
- A spoonful of ladyfinger chunks
- A layer of matcha whipped cream
- A few spoonfuls of fruit or red bean paste
- Repeat layers until the glass is filled.
- Top & Serve: Finish with a dollop of matcha whipped cream, a few ladyfinger crumbs, and a light dusting of matcha powder.
