Ingredients

  • 6–8 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup fruit (strawberries, banana slices, or mango)
  • Extra matcha powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Make Matcha Whipped Cream: In a bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder until stiff peaks form.
  2. Prepare Ladyfingers: Break or roughly crush the ladyfingers into chunks.
  3. Assemble Parfaits: In a glass, layer:
    1. A spoonful of ladyfinger chunks
    2. A layer of matcha whipped cream
    3. A few spoonfuls of fruit or red bean paste
    4. Repeat layers until the glass is filled.
  4. Top & Serve: Finish with a dollop of matcha whipped cream, a few ladyfinger crumbs, and a light dusting of matcha powder.
  5. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for best texture.
