Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Paprika
  • Olives for “pupils”
  • Optional: Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and cook eggs for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Halve eggs and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, paprika.
  4. Pipe or spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites.
  5. Using the red food coloring and a toothpick, draw “red veins” on eyeballs.
  6. Place olive slices on top for “pupils.”
