These Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with savory, cheesy flavor. They come together quickly and make the perfect everyday side dish — no oven required.

Ingredients

  • 600 g (21 oz) Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Trim the Brussels sprouts by removing any wilted or damaged outer leaves and slicing off any browned ends.
  2. Cut each sprout in half, then place them into a salad spinner.
  3. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water to clean them.
  4. Dry the Brussels sprouts well — this step is crucial for crispiness.
  5. Spin them in a salad spinner, then pat dry thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to your air fryer basket in an even layer.
  8. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through if needed.
  9. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and immediately toss with the minced garlic and grated Parmesan.
  10. Return them to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until fork-tender and lightly crisp.

Save this one — it’s the kind of recipe you’ll come back to every week. Enjoy every crispy bite
