Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp – soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp – rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp – chili oil

  • Wheat noodles, or noodle of choice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: In a serving bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, chicken bouillon, sesame seeds. Set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  3. Assemble the soup: Using tongs or a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked noodles with some of the cooking water directly into the prepared sauce bowl. The noodle water will serve as the broth.
